Manual Testing Services (laptop with a person's hands holding a smartphone, and a coffee cup to the side)

At Mindful QA, we believe that manual testing is as crucial as ever. Our team, located entirely in the United States, has an average of 5+ years of experience in delivering high-quality manual testing services for websites, iOS and Android mobile apps, and various other software platforms. Whether you need ongoing manual software testing services or a single round of regression testing, we’ve got you covered. Manual testing is our most sought-after service, and we excel in writing test cases, reporting bugs, providing estimates, recommending test coverage, consulting on user experience, and working within the Agile software development life cycle.

Flexible Manual Testing Services with No Long-Term Commitments

With a minimum of only 20 hours and no long-term contracts required, our manual software testing services are designed to fit your needs. And because our manual testers are based in the U.S., you won’t have to worry about time zone differences, whether you’re in Pacific, Mountain, Central, or Eastern time zones. We can work independently or seamlessly integrate into your Slack and Jira workflows. If you want to learn more about manual testing, be sure to check out our article, “What is Manual Testing?

What Sets Mindful QA Manual Testing Services Apart?

✓ Fast onboarding. When you’re looking for a new tester, that usually means you need QA yesterday. While we don’t offer time travel services (yet!), when we join your project, we’re focused on getting up to speed from day one. After you walk us through your project details, we’ll provide you with a simple and straightforward list of all the information that we need to get rolling

✓ No long-term contracts required. Yes, really! We don’t believe in forcing clients to use our manual testing services any longer than you truly need us. While we’d love to work with you for years to come (and many of our clients do), if all you really need is a month, we have your back.

✓ Stellar communication. We consider it a must for any good QA resource to be able to communicate with all kinds of folk. Our manual testers are ready to work with anyone from project managers, developers, and designers to C-level executives and customer service representatives. We also emphasize using personalized communication styles that will be relevant to each role. A developer may need all the nitty gritty technical details in a bug report, but a project manager might just want a quick summary.

✓ User experience. We believe manual QA services should be more than just finding bugs. Of course, we’ll explore every nook and cranny of your site or app to do just that. But we also test the application like real users when it comes to layout, workflow, and usability
